Information we collect

• Required access detail: an OTP-verified phone number.
• Optional profile details: name, Sankethanamam / gothram, and email address. These may be added, changed, or cleared from My Profile.
• Registration time, the page where access started, and the referring website’s hostname, when available.
• A small access record, including your first name when supplied, stored in your browser for up to 365 days so the form is not shown on every visit in that browser.
• Minimal service events associated with the verified registration: pooja opened, track started/completed, sharing action, and donation prompt/action. We do not record audio position, message content, payment amount, bank details, or OTP.
• A random session identifier and small donation counters may be stored in your browser. Temporary, pseudonymised security information may be processed to limit automated requests.

Purpose and consent

The verified phone number creates an access record. Optional profile details and minimal events help us understand the reach of the free devotional service, maintain it, personalise the welcome message, and respond to an access or privacy request. They are not used to send promotional messages unless separate consent is obtained.

Registration is based on the consent selected on the access form. You may withdraw that consent and request deletion by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Storage, access, and retention

Registration and minimal usage records are stored in a protected MySQL database on the hosting account. Access is limited to authorised Abirami Audio personnel through a private administrator dashboard. Records are designed to be retained for up to 365 days after last activity and may be deleted earlier following a valid request, unless retention is required by law.

Firebase Authentication stores a sign-in record in each browser and this website stores a separate access marker for up to 365 days. A different browser or device requires one OTP verification, after which the same phone-based account and optional profile are recognised. Clearing browser storage may cause the form to appear again.

Payments and third parties

Google Firebase processes the supplied phone number and security information to send and verify the OTP and help prevent abuse. Google states that phone numbers provided for phone authentication are sent to and stored by Google for spam and abuse prevention. Hosting providers, content delivery networks, Razorpay, UPI applications, banks, Google AdSense, and your chosen sharing service may also process information under their own privacy terms. This website does not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, bank password, or OTP.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this website. Google and its advertising partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this or other websites. You can manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. Where required, an advertising consent message is shown before personalised advertising cookies are used.

Your choices and requests

You may update or clear optional profile details through My Profile. You may request access to or deletion of your registration record, or withdraw consent, by emailing us and providing the verified phone number for confirmation. You can clear the local access record through your browser settings. Ad and cookie choices can be managed through Google and browser controls.

A parent or legal guardian should complete the registration where the intended listener is under 18.
